Why I Don't Want to Be a Spiritual Influencer

Over the years, I have often been asked why I am so private and why I rarely post anything on social media.
I have had the honour of working and training with some incredibly powerful spiritual teachers and mystics. Whilst they all have their own methods and systems, one thing has become very clear to me. Those who possess real spiritual power are often the ones who say virtually nothing at all.
You could walk past them in the street and have absolutely no idea who they are.
You see, there is power in silence. Real power.
That's not to say there is anything wrong with promoting yourself, helping others or speaking openly about something you are passionate about. But I have come to understand that the real power, the kind that resides deep within us, is silent. And I believe it must remain silent and protected.
I wrestled with this for a very long time. How can I help people whilst remaining silent about my own experiences? How can I share what I have learnt without drawing attention to myself?
For the past 20 years or so, I have remained virtually silent about my spiritual experiences, my development, the people I have trained with and the things I have been fortunate enough to learn.
But now, I feel the time is right to begin sharing some of that knowledge and helping to train the next generation of spiritual warriors. The challenge is finding a way to do that without becoming part of the very culture I have spent so long avoiding.
So, in a carefully considered way, I have decided that this website will be my main point of contact. I enjoy speaking at events and appearing on podcasts, and I am always happy to share knowledge with those who are genuinely interested. But I have no desire to become a spiritual influencer, chase followers or spend my days posting content for likes and attention.
I would much rather that those who feel a connection with what I have to offer reach out to me directly, so we can have a conversation and take things from there.
There is also something very important to understand about spiritual development. If you have what it takes to develop genuine spiritual perception and begin accessing the abilities you seek, you will also take on an enormous responsibility.
These abilities are not something to show off, use for personal gain or wield to satisfy your ego. Quite the opposite.
You will need to develop humility, exercise discretion and be extremely careful about how you use what you have been given.
And sometimes, the greatest demonstration of power is knowing when to remain silent.
